The software will do calculations of compressibility(AGA-8), chemical equilibrium, revamping of older furnaces, changing fuel , converting to all-oxygen-fuel system adds heating of boxed shaped objects, radiative heat transfer, calculations, viewing factors, radiosity , gas emissivity and temperature distribution in bars or slabs. We also added a PLC driver (KEPware) that provides a link between any PLC and our software for process control. Cost with a manual and a CD is $2950.
Flow Train Builder
Flow Train Builder helps you design and cost gas flow trains. You can select components from a spreadsheet. calculate pressure drops of items selected. It will check items operating range and finally print out an itemized cost report. Best of all you can change the spreadsheet to include your own items and vendors.
